Low Carb Chipotle Chicken Breast Wrap

INGREDIENTS:
2 8-ounce Boneless Chicken Breast
4 slices Crisp bacon
4 Tbsp. Redbone Alley Chipotle Aioli Sauce
2 10” Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla Wraps
4 oz. Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush chicken with 2 Tbsp. of Redbone Alley Chipotle Aioli Sauce. Place the breasts in a shallow baking dish and cover tightly with foil. Bake for 20 minutes then remove foil. Top each breast with 2 pieces of bacon and 2 oz. of cheese. Lower the oven setting to 300 degrees then bake them for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Lay the tortilla wraps out side by side then brush the remaining Redbone Alley Chipotle Aioli Sauce evenly across the tortilla. Place one breast in the center but slightly to an edge of one tortilla wrap. Fold each side of the tortilla over the breast like an envelope.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Serve these wonderful Chipotle Wraps with a few pork skins and a cool low carb beer or diet soda.
